Change language on C200 - GSM-Forum

I need croatian or serbian language for C200 or if someone know how to make T191 from C200 to get that language pack(C200 and T191 have same menu) please tell me right solution.

use motorola service software for c200 by gsmhack
and use update languages . tested 100%

I done that but there is not language that i need only english,rusian,romana and deutch.
