Convert T2688 Cable to E365 Unlock Cable Help ?

Hi

I have a Motorola T2688 Cable which has the same connector as a e365, i brought this cable as i was told it would unlock the e365 as well but it does not work using the free software available. Can anyone tell me which pins to change so that it wil work for the e365, need this in simple terms. I have uploaded 2 pictures one of either side of the current connector config. If someone can let me know which ones i need to change.
