'convert fail' in service tools 0.2.0 - GSM-Forum

hi people im new to all this.. i have e365 and i have service tools, i try to upgrade it with service tools, i put in main mot file, flex, and language pack(1.48 for all) and den it tell me to turn off fone. i turn off fone and click ok, i turn back on straight away and then in status it say 'convert fail' why

? can someone help please? thank you
