they r both not bad but the bad chip problem in ver 1 solved as i know
all bought ver 1 have got the new working chip
so why it is bad

Hi all,

i have evolution 1 it is very bad box, i cant unlock a single old motorola, except pk2 series.

is there any way to upgrade the box either by software or chip.
please help.

JAB now you no me mate you can fix this thing to a point but that
only means it will be a little better than it is now. use emmei
or motokey for that phone or for quickness buy logs mate

and this link here is not from evolution box, but from another product of same producer, Alexgsm and i am talking about problems with C3xx clip. Make yourself an opinion about the quality of this hardware "producer".

To Jab i had the evo 1, had lot's of problems there was a problem with manufacture the contacts inside was touching the outer case
so i tuck my back and had a free upgrade, the contacts inside the New box are insulated. with this Product there has been lot's of faulty Leads. hope this info has helped you

I have evo 1 box, as asked in this topic, what are the differences with evo 2? Does it unlock more models/software versions? Or is it just better build quality.

Finally is is possible to upgrade my evo1, to evo2?

Yes it is also a posibility but i guess no difference, the only difference is for the producer and his reseller to find a way to screw the customer for few bucks again, and if this item will be faulty as well, than no problem, Evo3 will come out and so on.
