e365 and service tool - GSM-Forum

hi
e365 .mot file upload not start.
status "waiting phone swich on"

handset specific "read data" working
but "flex only" .mot file not upload (not starting)
(testing windows xp/98 os)

why ?

i tried but it did not run under win xp ! not even in compatability mode !
