Help!! T191 illegal software loaded - GSM-Forum

Hi everyone, i have just purchased a motorola T191 from a police unclaimed goods auction here in Australia. When i got the phone home and tried to charge it i get the message Illegal software loaded.. Any ideas on what i need to do to fix this. I rang Motorola here in Aussie land but they want me to send it off to a technition who will fix it for $50 dollars Surly i can fix it with a little effort for cheaper than that. I am a fairly good with all technical stuff and i certainly know my way around computers reformating ect so surly i should be able to have a crack at fixing this cute little phone.........Thanks in advance, the little aussie girl

check the charge connector if it has been soldered remove the connector and resolder then see l
