help unlock V171, readercode not work for me - GSM-Forum

I try unlock with reder code but on code.eep file is only 11 digits, and
when type on phone first 8 say wrong code.
This is my code.eep file:

Which 8 digits did you use for unlock code? Your unlock code is 20305756 and these are first 8 digits of 16 digits series which repeat in your file. Just look carefuly in it.
