Motorola dead after Kima 7.7...please, help!
 

Hello, friends.

I tried to unlock my T191 using Kima soft 7.7. Motorola's S:1.71. After fast unlock phone is dead. I tried Repair/Unlock 1.71 - result is still dead phone. Can anyone help me to repair my phone. I really need help.

Actually, the batary was full charged before unlock...What else should I try? Please, someone, help me!

I did all you said, but nothing helped. Software says:

Erasing...
Flashing...

AND NOTHING HAPPENING!

If I am pressing fast unlock, it sais Done! but phone is still dead.

Please, help me!

Stoyan: I have one dead t191 and I can't flash it, I tried to charge battery to full level with 4.5V, I tried to substract small battery and reasseble phone, but phone is really dead

I now know that it's possible to erase (for accident) the bootloader that is into flash on phone. This bootloader is necessary for flash, the bootloader do the communication with jack-Pc interface... if this info is erased (like my t191) then the phone is really really killed!

the only solution in this case is a low-level flash with jtag interface (expensive interface). This jtag use the rear connector (below the main battery) and takes the control of processor and flash phone... I don't know who has this interface, could SAT have it? I know (thanks to invisible) that this interface is based on Texas Instruments XDS510

other possibility is to desolder flash chip and solder other with bootloader, but it's out of my possibilities

I think that your t191 is in the same situation like mine, but I don't know... I will try to send it to repair to SAT... else, I don't know solution

why it is dead when unlock it bt kima software

i don't know. I was killed mine when I was upload an "unknown" and "misterious" flash that I was found on internet. The flash was uploaded in 0.1 seconds and the phone is deas forever ;)

could be that it's not the same case than you

why kima soft could kill phones? don't know... but I know that kima soft use flashing method for unlock (partial flashing normally)

if u have programmer tool ( laptool 48 ) , very easy for u !
-desolder flash chip ( f320c3t ) and program it with good t191 flash bin file .
- solder flash chip
- that all !working 100% , if u don't have good t191 flash bin file i will send for u !
- u can repaire Emei to the same original your phone very easy by DMTOOL ver 3.10

thanks deltas, but my problem is that I can't desolder the flash chip... I don't have "hot-air-gun" and I don't have experience in rebowling soldiered ic's

and this programmer.... is easy to build? have you got an scheme? any trick? ... it's possible that I could buy a hot-air-gun for try it, but I think I will fisically kill the chip ;)
