    thank you for reply. i'm connect cabel push start button, after soft 1% flashing and my cabel disconnected. i'm connect cabel again and push button. soft say error: the targe's ModelName and ProjectName are different from Mot
    please help me

    I try with service tool 1.7 & 2.0 different version

    Use Vygis E365 tool (not for free, but cheap and perfect!) to read/write phone or Mot_Tool_by_Multicom (free on the net) to readout backups for your phones and write what you need ...
