    Two solutions:

1- Leave your phone on for one hour, after one hour
    PUK=Subsidy code

2-Put all Zeros for the subsidy code
and put a new pasword and press done, that will reset the
phone. Then put the subsidy code provided

There is no unlock soft for it atm...

If computer can't detect hp, how?

If computer can't detect handphone, how? is it USB cable problem or PC Redownloader problem?

Is there other solution to unlock Orange version MPx200 by using PC Redownloader for S.E.A use?

    Whoa!

PUK code has nothing to do with the phone! It is from the sim! When you enter the wrong SIM PIN too many times it asks you for a PUK- you have to get this from your provider. Once you put it in it will ask you for a new pin twice, then you're all set.

If you enter the wrong PUK too many times it will PUK BLOCK your sim and you will need to trash it and get a new one..

But with another sim I am 100000% sure you won't get that PUK message...

Maybe not good to quote from the link...

Verify that PUK does not equal to subsidy code? Anyhow if I quoted the wrong source i appologize...

    Thumbs up Mpx200

I found this on another forum. I take no credit for this.

network puk code = unlock code

enter your eight digit unlock code in the field where it says "unblock code"

and type in "1's" in the two bottom field...hit done...and your phone is unlocked

Normally, PUK has to do with SIM card and too many failed unlocking attempts via code, causes PUK error.

    BUT...

The Mpx200, which is locked to a network, will ask you for a NETWORK PUK CODE, when you put an incorrect Sim card inside, so that you can enter the subsidy unlock code.

That is the same thing as "Enter Subsidy password" and then you enter your Moto unlock code.

I have tried this on a Mpx200 locked to At&t USA and this works.

    Give it a shot.

    Both are correct...

Network PUK is equivilant to subsidy code as instructed on www.gsmliberty.com/faq/

SIM PUK is a totally diffrent matter, It's when you enter your personal sim PIN ( nothing to do with unlock) wrong more than 3 times, then your simcard gets locked. Contact your service provider to supply you with a new sim/ SIM puk..

    Hope that helps.

dont guess the code! either you know the code or leave it alone, dont try!
get the code from trusted sources here on the forum and enter, but never guess!
if it says "network puk" then only cingular can help for mpx220, so far.
