no display on t190 - GSM-Forum

last week I recieved 4 t190`s with no display on LCD I`ve checked the lcd tracks and discovered that there is a 7v missing ,now I don`t know how to get that voltage back or how that voltage is generatd ..any Ideas.....
please help me

Take off the transmitter and put it back. The LCD turns on again.
