2: PRESS RELEASE WITHOUT THE ASTERISK MICHI

I have a Motorola WX181, I'm doing:

Code:

1 - *, 2 - #, 3 - red key, 4 - ok key

This method doesn't work., why?

press # and then power and display 2 symbol...press the left symbol to reset

this is great i tried it works
press
*+#+red key+ok+key
& then select 4 format
tested by me
its also works on restart

i try to hard reset this phone motorola wx395. does anyone have experience with this model.
and how do i make hard reset? do we hold all keys pressed or we release them?
