Sorry may be for stupid question
I have 1 T191 and didn't turn on after charging...........
???????

Try to replace old batery whit other who is tested to working T191.

check battery voltage. also t191 has a battery inside try to remove it or shor circuir i don't rebember also u may need to flash the phone, there is already a topic on forum on flashing the phone!
