Can`t Call - Network Busy - GSM-Forum

Hello, Sorry for my English, but now i need som help.

I have a new LG 7100, i got it for 1 month now and the phone have work good,
but now something has happend, i cant use it, Cant send or get SMS, Cant call and pepole cant call me.

When i try to call nothing happands, and the dispay say: Call end, Network Busy.

Whats wrong? In the top of the display, There is a mark of a G, is that right? When i read in my book, its says when its a G there, u can use GPRS.

So maybe the phone only try to use GPRS? How to do to take that away? PLEASE help me someone!

Go to gsm service!

input 2945#*# without sim
and do "Master Reset"
it may help you
