G8000 dead - need soft and English flash

I got dead G8000. Could you share with a soft and English flash-file which could be useful to repaire it?

OK i'l try to share Flasher & Firmware v109j ! but as i see after searches there's only one firmware avaible contain 2 languages 'English - Italian' no french no spanish...!!

What to do with KOMPAUND on plate? The phone has a reaction on red button, but some balls are missing on processor.
Is it possible to do something or the phone is going to trash?
