You can calculate code by serial you must read mini smd 24c02 from radio enside tuner

make a simple programmer tool and read out content of eeprom ic and post the dump of it here this is only solution where we can help for now ! WBR Zlix

You cant use data cable you need an eprom programer normal 24cxx skill on solder open radion you can find epp enside tuner
