Please help

. I disconnected battery from the car and my radio stoped working.What I got to flashing screen saying CODE. I don't have any card with codes 'cause i just bought the car and it's missing.
PHILIPS CAR 400
NO.: 90 532 621
Where from I will get the inside s/n??? Can not find the GM0400xxxxxxxx
The only GM is on back of the code deck and is GM 90 506 173!!!

you must read eprom from your radio and send to me or write eprom with know code
