Unlock code Audi Navigation Plus - GSM-Forum

Can anyone help unlock an Audi Navigation Plus unit. The unit was supplied with a code and the seller is certain this is correct but when entered it locks the system after 2 attempts. I have a list of numbers for the unit which I think is a Blaupunkt derivative. The numbers on the unit are as follows;

AUZ1Z1A5170557 4B0035192K (MODEL NO)
8818843087 (ON SIDE PANEL)
8618842980 (ON MAIN PANEL)
7612 001 014 BN0881

I hope someone can help with this request. I have tried some softwar from e-bay but to no avail,
