I don have the cable, does it mean I couldn't install the file?  May I know what phone tool you use to access nokia phone. Pls advise. Thank you.Best regards, Simon |

Nokia s40- All Java Phones just Like nokia 7210, 6610, 7250i etc.... Nokia s60- Symbian Phones Like nokia 7650, 3650, 6600, 7610 etc... Nokia s70- Also Symbian Phones but with Different and Higher Platforms (OS), this includes nokia 6630, 6680, 6681. Nokia s80- Symbian Platform Phones also called as Communicators, Just Like nokia 9210i, 9500, 9300 etc... Nokia s90- Symbian Platform Phones Just Like nokia 7700 & 7710. Aditional or third Party Appz and Games (.sis) can only be installed in Symbian Platform Phones, Java Phones doesn't Supports such Function.. Special Appz & Games are Made for (.jar) Java Phones, Use the search button above to find such... Regards |

And yes, I just stepped in this forum not long ago, and try to read those tropics as many as I can.  Some technical description still not yet fully understand but will try.As you mentioned, my Nokia 6610 is a java phone and couldn't install 3rd party application, sad.
