I disagree with you Mr Twister.
Curiosity, they say is the mother of invention.
This is why Americans and some Western Europeans are ahead of many.
Look, they are cloning sheeps, goats, cats, etc. Soon they will clone human beings.
So when you fight a war with them, they send cloned humans as Army, while you send real human Beings.

Just send him the file if he needs it, he might make something good (or bad) from it.

This forum is alread m.essed up, you alone cannot correct it.

Well you may not give him, but he can surely get it if he has the time.
BTW,
I want you to see beyound just HARMING people. Surely some ppl will use it for bad, but also think in the other way: some ppl may also develope progs and apps with it that may benefit all.
I just want you to look in the direction of research for tomorrows growth, thats all; This has made great nations of today
