Member: 422140 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 15 | E50 is a Symbian 9.1 (3rd Generation Phone) the tomtom 5 software is not compatable for this device. Do a search on here for Tomtom 6, I have it working great on my N73 however i recommend you update the firmware on your mobile first. If it has operator rubbish on it you can use Nemesis Service Suite to change the product code to a nokia generic version and then get the latest nokia firmware. However, please be aware that DRM Keys stored by your operator firmware will be erased and cannot be put back on (These keys allow you to play controlled content like games etc..).Once you upgrade to the generic firmware you cannot down grade to the operators own firmware unless you go to a Nokia service centre. But if you don't download operator owned games then i wouldn't worry. Pointless having the games as once you download and pay for them they are non-transferable between your new upgraded phone. |
