Cable to use Handset Manager with GX-10/i? - GSM-Forum

I have been trying to use the normal unlocking cable for GX-10 with the soft Handset Manager, but still couldn't put it to work.
Is there any detail I should know, or any modification needed to be done to cable?
Or is there any similar software that can work with that cable?

it could be the cable thats the problem, you might need a cable with an external power supply.
just a thought.

I can use the unlocking cable of GX10 for GX10i, but only for pic not ringtong.

go to drugstore's forum and get the software he has posted there, that might work for you with a normal cable, but do try and get your hands on one with an external power supply

The soft ware download from sharp's site, it just work for GX10i not for GX10, I've test it.

No, the cable I use was not an external power supply one, just a normal one.
