My phone is recognised on Port no 1, I select the location of the ferrari_pgm.mot file click Start Uplodaing Flash and I get an error saying, "The file you selected is unsuitable for upgrading". What is wrong?

Go to the folder where is installed gx15 upgrading tool, open a fille called flash.ini, find in that file the following line
INITIALIZE_MODE = 0x00
and change it for
INITIALIZE_MODE = 0x01
save flash.ini and run the program.. now you see more options, now you can extract the firmware of your phone and flash it with extracted firmwares from your phone.

The firmware that you have is the ferrari version firmware extracted from a GX25.

If you have a gx15.. dont try to flash with a gx25 firmware, it will dont work..

If you have a gx25 you are using the wrong flasher, you must use the gx25 flasher made by platijet:
