GX20 - What is the 'M' button?

Hi I'm trying to unlock my phone after someone gave me the corect code for my IME number. But it says press the 'M' button on the instructions. Which button is this? Also I managed to get to enter the code at one point but in only let me enter 4 numbers instead of the full amount I have been given.

Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated...

yes ashifrocker you are correct.

Now to unlock that phone....
Insert a vodafone sim card
From the front screen type *01763*6371#
The handset will reset back to the main Vodafone screen
Press MENU button.
Scroll to "Settings" and press SELECT.
Scroll to "Security" and press SELECT.
Scroll to "MEP locks" and press SELECT.
Enter your Handset Code (the default code is 0000) and press OK. (This is where you are going wrong trying to enter the unlock code)
Scroll to "Network" and press SELECT.
Scroll to "Deactivate" and press SELECT.
Enter the code that you have been given by the unlocker and press OK
Your handset will be unlocked
