To all hwk user.. pls help..

i leave in singapore and my SHARP V802sh i think is mass up with master reset or something i think it needs to be flash.. but i dont have setool.. so what am i gonna do?? Ok my friend have a hwk flasher but he dont know how to use the flasher for sharp and he oso dont know which file to chose.. so can some one pls help us how to flash and where to get the file and use which file?? or mayb some one in singapore knows how to flash?? i dun mind paying or any other idea where can i flash oso?? hope to see u guys reply asap.. thx very urgent...
