does anybody know if there is a sharp GX10i imei changer? I desperately need such a program if it exists!

no there isnt, the best thing is to swop the phone with sum from europe. say if ure in the uk the blacklist will only work in the uk, so once the phone is out the uk it will work fine

I think u shoul read the post with more attention! I did not say I am in UK! I only sayd I need IMEI changer!

ive got a gx10 imei changer is there a difference in gx10 and gx10i

I've tried the GX10 imei changer and it wouldnt work on my phone, I even tried downgrading it with old firmware and change imei and still doesnt work!

Even tried upgrading to GX10i and still didnt work?

The phone are out dated now and be quicker and cheaper to change to another type of phone I think!

i received a sharp gx20 from spain it was barred in Spain, so my guy sent it to me cause it should work here but guess what it didn't, i have unlocked the phone and it displays INVALID NETWORK SIM if you try and ring out says call failed, i know what you are thinking maybe it was from UK originaly if so it should of worked in spain........................i am confused does anyone have the answer

@lee5k ... invalid netowrk sim means that fone is locked and doesnt accept that type of sim card .. try with another sim card .

@rest
imei is located in LCD area not in pcb , its possible to change it but i never did .. i know its possible .

Thanks for that, i've unlocked the phone tho should really work on any network, well not to worry i will try and unlock it again later,

na phone is defo barred tryed Tmobile, displays T mobile on the screen but when i ring out displays call Disconected, i can not get my head round this cause if it is barred in spain why is it barred in UK........or do you think the providers are cracking on to us all....also has anyone dune numbers (specials) to this model if so can i have details

copy imei into a old nokia model ... if it does the same it means that fone is barred . i never heard of providers linking their databases , but it could be true .
