So problem is, that I need to convert *.mot to *.bin and back *.bin to *.mot. Need more detailed info about that. Thanks in advice

Sharp flashes are in *.mot format, I need to convert them to bin, and when finished changing some info in flash, convert back to mot, and write to my sharp. I have few info, but messed up, convert ok, but when writtening to Sharp - crc error
