repair dead SH902

Hi. I just get this new Sharp 902, dead after someone tried to unlock it, and do some more, but don't know what...
I have HWK, and after plug it to this sharp I get info to do FLASH RECOVERY. I did so with default option, and after that full flash (last version)...
All runs OK. But phone still don't power ON, I just get a small light when trying to power ON (it is not WHITE SCREEN!!!!, just black screen with very poor light...
nothing appends, even after 1h waiting like this.
ANY idea to get this one alive?
Thanks to all.
