To hard reset Sharp SH631W mobile phone, you need to make sure that the phone is complete switched off. Then press the Power button once then release, to power up the phone. Once the Sharp logo appears on the screen, press Vol Down button once then release, and press Vol Up button once then release, and wait till I see the Android logo, correct? I've tried doing it this way as well as holding down the Vol Up button in the final step, and the Sharp logo still remains on the screen. Would you be able to let me know how it should be done exactly, please? Your advice would be very much appreciated. | |
