Sharp 902 Camera Quality

Just got a 902 yesterday, previously had Sony K750i

Love the screen on the 902, *however* any pictures I take come out as blurred, or with washed out colours, certainly NOT the quality I was expecting.

Am I doing something stupid ?

Firmware is Vodafone Ireland, can it be flashed with a generic firmware, if so does this improve camera quality ?

Resolution set to maximum? Quality - super fine? Lens clear? No jitter from hands?

as always, you should observe the time delay in capturing photos in 902sh. i was used to it and now im getting nice pictures from it ( saved in SD card )
