GX10i free updates ? TTS is over their heads ???...

TTS lied to us all ????...

In a bulk e-mail ,this company is promising this week an update free of the GX10i Sharp phone . Many of you did get this message , but they didn't deliver .
So , I post here at sharp section due to "severe disappointment disorder symptom" developed by many clients , most of them exclusive JIC customers , which wrote to me since yesterday , asking for professional help !!
Now , if any of you really need this update , please make sure you vote at the poll created for this problem , and you will be served ASAP .
If poll isn't created , please e-mail to [ASAP][email protected][/ASAP] saying:

Yes /NO to the question :

1. Do you need update free/paid for gx10i ,for the Panasonic&sharp clips ?
2. Should data-1 clips have this update too ?

Shame you guys don't know what you are talking about, the upgrade from JIC will be released, this company gives the best support around.

Last time Xena posted the same post yesterday I challanged to post the names of these people complaining, what a suprise that the post was deleted and reposted exactly the same, says it all really, doesn't it?

TTS as a reseller will also keep there word, and the upgrade due this week, this week still has days left to run, so who is Xena to call them a liar?

As mentioned Xena, look to your own business.

I don't think Mickey says this thing because he got any benefits from JIC or anyone..

if u are in this industry for some time, u should know JIC and TTS are trustful .....

they are now fixing the bugs they got in the sharp GX10i update..

They do what they said although there is a probem & delay...

BUT at least u will know what u got is 100% ok...

some people like to release program which has not been tested carefully and kill the phone

Then releasing a NEW program to fix the problem..
They are fast to release update...

I WONDER DO U WANT SOMETHING LIKE THAT??

I do get great benefit from JIC, sw and soloutions that work, and the best back up and support of anyone I know of.

I have never bought off them direct, just through resellers.

As you mention, there is the occassional delay, but never any worries, and the gx10i sw is a FREE release from JIC, so who's worried and why? LOL

I am happy to see that the ***-lickers are present here .. what would we've lough on if they were absent ?

you would not like a poll on satisfied jic customers there are
as many unhappy customers as happy and with the sort of money
i spend i want to talk to somebody direct when there is problem
not fobed of with promise on email .
