My phone not show INBOX in menu SMS, but working ok with different SIM. please help me solve.

the problem must be the sim card, if it's working ok with a different sim well then the problem probably isn't the phone

My phone still not show INBOX in menu SMS (sometimes show), I think so this problem the same event S40 Siemens , anyone to know it, please advise me.

how long do u wait 2 open your inbox after u have turned on the phone?????????, does the hot key still work 2 get onto the msgs?????? wit a minute or 2 before u try 2 access the inbox, it takes a while for the msgs 2 load up, well at least it does 4 me....

right first of all u need 2 answer some questions,

does the hot key work if you use another SIM card???
Can you see the inbox if you use another SIM card???
Can you access the main menu on the phone???

Try to get to the messages by going through the main menu,
there could be a problem with the hot key button.......

well then the problem is the sim card not the phone so no worries.
read previous posts in the links section 2 get the software needed......
