Unlocked sharp gx17 not showing live links - GSM-Forum

I've just unlocked a sharp gx17 with the method described on another thread but after the unlock the vodafone live app doesn't show the links anymore..

Does anyone have a solution?

(there was another user with the same problem but didn't post a solution.. And i already tried to contact him :>)

you need to put manualy the setings,conact vodafone of your country

The problem is the vodafone links that allways show in the "internet" application (before connecting to vodafone live), i'm not talking about the gprs settings...

Hi - I am afraid that once you unlock these phones - including the GX15 too it will remove the hotlinks in the application menu - the only way you can get these back is by doing a full flash with the correct customised firmware you have already or if newer then go for a newer version.

You can still use the wap but as you said its very annoying when it erase's the hotlinks (preset bookmarks).

p.s if you need any flashes for this model then feel free to drop us an email or msn or icq us - between 9 and 6 daytime.

Quick solution:
1.activate mep menu, activate network lock enter nck: 00000000
2.disable network lock when ask for nck type: 00000000
(first 2 step is for kepping your phone unlocked)
3.now flash an original diag(from any phone maybe from same version or your backuped original locked diag) to phone.
And everyting will be okey
