Member: 66747 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | P 800 Well, you have 3 ways to transfer data of any type1. Infrared - just ensure the PC from which you are transferring also has an IR port;-) You can use Bluetooth in the same way as IR, only you dont need to keep the phone in the line of the IR. In both these cases, the files sent will be saved as messages in the BEAMED folder in Messages. Just go there & click on the file, it will play, or begin to install - depending on the file. Now you can save the file anywhere you want 3rd method is the docking station u got with the ph. to use this, u need to have the suite installed on the PC. Simply click on any *.sis file and it will ask if you want to load/ install it on your phone - -say yes and so on In case of other than programs - just use windows explorer - which shows your phone as just another storage area - drill down to het ph memory & external memory - save where ever u want hope this is good enough rgds |
