A300 flash - GSM-Forum

Hi!
Please help me flash my Samsung A300 I use tdn and box from ABE. But it say me timeout waiting ACK.

When I short 4-5 pin phone say me
NACK recieved
Elapsed time: 0.1s

When I solder this pin with 74hc14 1 and 6 pin phone display me

Timeout waiting ACK ( phone power on and charging)
Anybody have tested box from ABE?

meybe on schematic from ABE have mistake
need 5 pin cable connect with 2 pin 74hc14
because 74HC14 have 4 inverters
1,3,5,12 - in
2,4,6,13 - out

When I reconnect 6pin 74hc14 on 2pin phone (no power on) and :

Hi.
For flash phone use Samsung ToolBox 4.0
For me work fine.

Sorry. perhaps Toolbox 4 or Toolbox 5.1 falsh A300?

Hi
- u can use schematic a300 cable on www.gsmhacking.com it OK
- but i think your PC have problem ! ( before 3 month i have the same problem )
now u try :
- run flash program ( not connect cable and phone to PC) if sofware say " time out ....." your PC no problem , now connect cable and phone and run again , if still say " time out ..."
you must change to another PC ( lower speed PC ,or laptop PC )
- if software say " NACK RECIVED ... " ( not connect cable and phone ) - your PC have problem in comport . now on your PC entry : system properties - device manager - port - com1 ( enter properties ) mask ( disable in hard ware ) - ok , after that unmask ( disable in hard ware) - ok --- now comport 1 ok
- run flash software u will see " time out .... " now connect cable and phone to PC and try .

Without phone - Timeout
With phone - NACK recieved

But phone not flash

Hello
For first the tool box can not work for A300 (Conexan ARM7) and for the problem it seems it's your computer's UART problem , so far only IBM computers can 100% stable to rum axx series program.
