a800 died on me - GSM-Forum

hi lass nite i was trying to change the imei on a a800, but i couldnt do, so i just leftit, i left the phone conected to the pc over night, and this morning when i when to put the phone on it warnt turn its died on on me. so has any idea wot has happend to it can it be fixed?

Just think about it: You would die too,when some not too clever guy put a power cord with 220V in to your a.s.s. all nite long

no...just reflash phone and try to change imei...maybe phone was
previos" done" by experts and imei damaged....You have original soft for imei change free...try again after reflash..

so ill be able to flash the phone even if it want power on then?

even the ligt on the front off the phone isn't coming on, were as b4 when i was conectong the data cable to it the light was comung on

to flash it remove the batery, put it back, start download and after that plug the cable into the pphone.
the download begin and wait.

battery full?????have to work if had worked before...imei change
can distroy eprom area but ...
