For removing glue i use hot air station and soldering iron.
1. Warm flash by hot air about 350-400 c.
2. Carefully scrape glue around flash IC by soldering iron.
3. Warm up & remove IC .
4. Remove glue by iron.

By very carefull & all be Ok.
On Samsung it possible to remove Flash, Processor and eeprom.
