Unhappy T100 "dead" after use of DirectIMEIWriter

Hi all,

I am new to phone flashing, so please bear with me.

I recently tried to "unlock" a Samsung T100 using USTv6.0. I could "Net unlock" it just fine using this and the normal mobile to serial (COM) cable. I realised I needed to re-write the IMEI as well. I found that USVv6.0 could not do this for me. =(

I went in search of another tool - in the form of DirectIMEIWriter. After running its "test" program - and putting the phone in "TEST" mode, I tried to change the IMEI - and the phone no longer responded!

Now the phone seems physically "dead". I can no longer power it up and it will not respond to the signals I send it from the computer. =(

What should I do? I really hope this phone is not now useless.

Many thanks.

zebra.

Found v2.0 of the software. So far, no luck. It does not seem to do anything when flashing. Found OGM and AXF files. Seems to not respond/show any progress. =(.

Still no ability to "power" the phone.
