Help needed - GSM-Forum

Some one plz help! I have an R220 that powers on but does not power off. Every other thing in the phone works well. Anyone have an idea, how i can solve this problem.

maybe the button is damaged?
did you try pressing very hard?else it is maybe not the mechanism but the circuit.

simply reflash it !!!!!!

I ve checked the power on/off button, nothing seems to be wrong with it. I have even cleaned and flashed phone, still phone does not power off.It will only power off if battery is removed.
