I think is not hardware problem, the battery indicator always is the same, only one bar.

When charges it moves, but if u disconnect from charger still one.

Maybe flashiing it i can repair this.

Usually bad EEPROM problem....

try *2767*2878#.If not work try to write eeprom(By cable)

Things still the same after make eeprom reset.
Please, send me eeprom of r210s for repair.
