1. Read the 24c128-eeprom (with PonyProg by using 24c128-setting, for example). Fill adress from 1C2 to 1CF with 00 and write to eeprom ... done.

2. Strangers say, you can unlock this phone via cable by using SAMSUNG SERVICE TOOLS 1.1. This soft should works 100% via cable with SGH600, SGH2100, SGH2400, SGH-N100. Sorry, but I don't have this soft, perhaps any of the members here on board?

is it possible to use a SOIC Clips with out desoldering eeprom and connect it to a programmer.

i still don't have the phone in my hands.i was told that somebody will bring it to me. the problem is that i don't want to open up the phone and i don't have an eerom programmer... <img src="frown.gif" border="0"> i have only a cable and a software"sgh2100 test programm v.3.18"and i don't knowhow to use it... anyway,thank you all for your interest,and as soon as i get the phone in my hands,i will see what i will do <img src="wink.gif" border="0"> <img src="wink.gif" border="0"> thanks a lot!! <img src="wink.gif" border="0">

Paulic, can you describe the interface that should be used to read eeprom with ponyprog? Can you send me its schematics by email? What conditions should be met to initiate the reading (i.e should the mobile be switched on or no?)

You can use Clip of 2100/2400 If you don't have I can sell it to you
