problems with easy link for sgh a 800 - GSM-Forum

hi there!
if i start the software, it wants to load the telephon book from pc. then it gives a message: it can`t load the "DAO/Jet-Databank Modul"
I don´t know what to do now.
Can anybody help me please??

well this means that u are able to connect ur phone to the pc. how did u do it ?
i mean which cable did u use? (please give serial no.)
u can press any key on the phone and it will sort this itself as posted by somebody in the forum.
