R210 with D162DT90V flash - GSM-Forum

Cant flash R210.
It has flash AM29D162DT90V flash. That flash not exist in the list of supported flashes in standart flasher.
So soft says MISMATCH TARGET FLASH.
What soft can flash it???

Hi

Standard R210/220 flasher is an old software. I think using ToolBox v5.0.0 will solve your problem.

Soft work with this type of flash.
Phone began to erase flash, but stopped at 1%.
I think its hardware prob.
When I use testing soft it says that there is error on adddress bus pin A01.

This is new Fujitsu flash chip as I can see. It is fully supported by UST Pro now. As I know, there is no free software that can work with tis flash type.
