R220 dead pls help??? - GSM-Forum

Hi all,
I have a r220 dead but when i flash it by downloader than it writte flash 7% then show a error massage "flash writing error".i tried it sevarel times but every time has same problem.Pls any body have this solution just help me.

Your flash IC problem. You can replace it and reflash.

thx for help but i want to know that without replace flasher have any solution for solve this problem.

There can be 2 problems :

-NEW FLASH CHIP (FUJITSU) !!! this flash chip is implemented on Rxxx series by SAMSUNG HQ after SEP/2003 !
-You have damaged flash chip.

hi

open ur cell phone. try to fine a dead register neer to charger plug-in. remover it.
