Strange Samsung 2400 with "System Failure Contact Provider" - GSM-Forum

i know i can upload new eeprom and i successfully did it in phones with this problem
but this one is very interesting
read/write eeprom by cable no problem but still "system failure contact provider"
in usual SGH2400 when i put *2767*2878# phone powers off and after i push On light blinks some time
but in my case after enter these codes light doesnt blink,
just phone starts
i tried some different eeproms but no success
also i tried to reflash phone - flashing no problem but still "system..."
is it hw problem?
any ideas?

Yes.. Faulty EEprom. Try full eepromreset(*2767*3855#) and if it doesen't work change eeprom.
