I have same problem with a T100.

flash it with arbic flash file .i found it www.simsim.ae
same problem with me when i flash with this flash file its work 100 %.tested .after that if its same problem than you must write full Eeprom with UST .

Maybe you try to replace new LCD cable

you must upload good eeprom file with ponyprog.
that is all.
But first you must make eeprom cable. Scheme is in this forum

UST Can write eeprom via simple t100 data-cable.
