E700 Cannot make out calls or recieve - GSM-Forum

Hi, I have an E700, it powers up and shows the Service Provider logo and Signal strength, but when I try to make a call nothing happens and call fails, also I cannot recieve any calls.

I used the code #*7337# and still the same problem. Anyone ever experice a problem like this ?. I thought maybe the customer had messed with a setting but all seems fine.

Please assist

yes and i flash the phone with a ful flash with ust pro 6.0 and the phone work fine

sounds like the phone is barred

May be Phone is Blocked by Network

So the Solution is
" Change Your Phone's IMEI "

The phone came from a different country, so I am not sure if it would be barred.

Is UST 6.0 available ? where can I get it to download ?
