E700 freeze when enter in camera menu - GSM-Forum

Hi
My E700 freeze and reboot when enter in camera menu.
I flash it with this steps:
- bin file
- I used button "nand format"
- then i flashed nand file (.tfs)
but problem still
Please any solution

Try to use WinIMEI to reset eeprom!
What version of FW you flashed to phone?

Hi
I used "Reset" in Winimei. Phone is reseted but problem still.
My firm is the same for original phone firm: E70XAWI1.
Do you think it's version firm problem?
I have a second firm "E70AIWJ2", i dont test it because i dont know if it have french language.

I'm also having that problem when enter to camera menu, it display please wait then reboot, I did try to flash it and reset it but still hangggg and reboot. any solution to solve this problem? is it a software or hardware? help me pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

try open phone flip in half and press camera button , i think that is the lcd or camera ribbon problem , have u found that lcd colour not as good as before !!!

Thank for responding, still the same and all the lcd and speaker works well, don't know wat happen. still waiting for helppp!

I have same problem, ribbon is fine (checked) when going into camera, it comes up and freezes, no preview of picture.

Then when i close lid and open the screen is all white (if i close half way then i can see the frozen camera screen)

After about 10 secs the phone reboots and all is okay until you click on the camera menu again!

Anyone have a good solution for this ???
