Hi,
I have E700 restart again & again when put card.Flashing,unlocking & imei change .......help me to repair this phone.

Kindly help me to repair this phone.

Write EEPROM !!!

At the moment, only UST Pro can do this job

No, WinIMEI can not write EEPROM !!!
Try it !!

if you have brain, look at his post, he already tried imei change

I was trying to unlock x105 using sgh x100 imei using t100 cable but always get "cant read IMEi fail to enter test mode" comment.
My cable is tested s105 imei is working 100% with me .

Any solution please

By using WRT DEf with WinIMEI the WHOLE eeprom will be rewrited !!

Use your brain yourself.. WinIMEI can write to eeprom.. How do you think the IMEI and all the calibration data is stored in the phone..

Did you try to make NAND format before flashing.
And did you try different flash files?
May it can help you.
