HELP : e800 can't unlock with UST and WinIMEI - GSM-Forum

Hello,

I have a big problem. I try to unlock some e800 with WinIMEI and UST 6.0 and nothing happened !
It is impossible to put the phone on TAT mode. My cable is OK because I can unlock some Samsung phones with it (a800, e300, e310...).

I try with full batteries, put the cable before the battery, tried on 2 computer, etc, etc... I think i'm coming crazy because I read on that forum that iit s easy to unlock these phones and me I can't put them only on TAT mode.

Does somebody could help me and give me the right way to unlock these ........ phones.

Make sure you ues cable for s500 - e700

Does the cable for e800 is the same for a800 ? This question is because I never unlocked e700 or S500 with my cables then I don't know.

For the software version of theses e800, I will check.

What is the keypad command to see the sw version on the e800 screen ?

no mate, the e700/s500/e800 leads are differnt to a800 lead, have a search for the pinouts in here somewhere and modify it
